So today I’ll give you five super-simple bubbly cocktail recipes, along with some fast finger food to pair with them. CHICKEN TENDERS - Marinated in salted buttermilk, then breaded with flour, mix of eggs and buttermilk, and flour seasoned with black pepper, garlic, onion, coriander, sugar and salt. Or get them store-bought, already breaded. RANCH DRESSING 2 TBS Mayonnaise 2 TBS Sour Cream 1 TBS / 15 ml Lemon juice 1 TBS Chopped dried chives and parsley 1 TSP seasoning - salt, garlic & onion powders Mix together and serve. HONEY-SRIRACHA SAUCE 2 TBS Unsalted butter 2 TBS Honey 1 TBS Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 0.5 TSP Salt Melt the butter, mix in honey, Sriracha and salt until completely mixed. BASIL OIL 20 basil leaves 7 TBS Olive oil 50g grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp salt Blend until smooth. PISTACHIO DRESSING and SPICY HONEY - Store-bought STRAWBERRY DRESSING 300 g Strawberries (frozen or fresh) 100 ml FIOL Rosé 50 g Sugar Cook in a saucepan until fully softened.
